About us
The Carmacks Development Corporation (CDC) was founded in 1984. It was established to develop a sustainable business revenue stream for its shareholder, the Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation (LSFN), and create jobs for First Nations people. With the settlement of its Land Claims, the LSFN required a means to capture major economic benefits of development within its traditional territory. The CDC is focused on providing that expertise, as well as pursuing opportunities globally.
