CDC signs alliance agreement with
Arctic Construction Ltd.

Carmacks, Yukon, Nov. 28 -- The Carmacks Development Corporation (CDC) is pleased to announce its alliance with Arctic Construction Ltd. (ACL), one of Canada's foremost construction and earthworks companies.
The alliance will capture business opportunities on behalf of the people of Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation (LSCFN). At the November 28 signing, CDC Chairman Ted Fairclough said "we are impressed by both Arctic Construction Ltd.'s demonstrated abilities, and its reputation for working fairly with First Nations."
Not only with the alliance position the CDC to capture major construction initiatives within the LSCFN's traditional territory, it will also create employment and training opportunities for LSCFN residents.
ACL President Ted Pickell said his firm looks forward to working with the CDC and First Nation's residents. "We're committed to working closely with the CDC to make sure it, and the people of Carmacks, benefit from development in their area.”
The CDC is the economic development arm of the LSCFN. Established in 1988, the CDC pursues business opportunities both within the traditional lands of its shareholder, the LSCFN, and beyond. ACL is based in Fort St. John, B.C.
